Contact Manager for NETworkers

A Contact Management System which allows you to collect all your contacts into one system, but keep them still sorted in “Contact-Bases”. This type of organization allows you to update each base individually, eg with PLAXO. Your searches can be done in each of them individually or in all together.
Data can be imported in different formats, merged or moved between Contact-Bases, extracted for round-mails, etc.
Every contact can be tagged and graded. What means tagged: you can assign a specific tag to a contact to build a specific type of “pre-sorting”, eg as recruiter you can tag a contact with specific know-how in SAP with the tag “SAP”. And what means grading? Depending on your relationship you can assign a grade from 1-5 to each contact, eg 1 = good friend, 5 = forget him....
For several mailers there is a parse-utility embedded which scans predefined mailboxes and stores them in an own file-system. The benefit you get is, that you have by a mouse-click the whole communication with this contact in one view. The mail-systems supported are: Outlook, Thunderbird and Eudora.
These mails are even not lost when your mailbox gets destroyed for any reason.
In case you are a user of LinkedIn: This application retrieves new contacts, adds them to the Contact Base by removing all non-important stuff from the name-fields, and in case you use PLAXO too, imports them into PLAXO. There is also a function which picks up the links to the profiles and make them available in the contact-sheet. A specific function for heavy users of LinkedIn is to get all contacts disconnected from you.
Due to the fact that LinkedIn is changing their pages without any warning there might be sometimes some problems accessing the pages. We do our best to send updates out as soon as we are aware of this.
Interfaces to other networking sites will follow as soon as we got an agreement with them.
Supported now beside LinkedIn: Viadeo, Facebook and NING.
Planned are: XING, Myspace and others.
Interfacing to Skype: from the contact sheet you can make a skype-call with a mouse-click.
Sending an email or viewing the profile is as easy as a mouse-click.
The systems handles an unlimited number of email-addresses per contact, the most important 6 are on display (configurable).
A scheduler keeps track of your activities, at 15 min time-slices. A schedule can be exported as a pdf-document.
